We make VR games.
Minor Damage Inc. is an independent studio building virtual reality games, plus a few flat-screen games on the side.
VR first
Most of our time goes into VR. We design for the headset from day one: comfort, movement, and what your hands can do.
Other games too
When an idea works better on a monitor, a console, or a phone, we build it there. Same team, same standards.
Independent
We are a small team with no publisher telling us what to ship. We release when the game is ready.
How we build
Comfort is a feature
Movement options, turning styles, and break-friendly pacing are planned from the start, not added at the end.
Hands first
If you can reach for it in the headset, it should work the way your hands expect.
Playtested early
We put builds in real headsets early and change what feels wrong before we polish anything.
Your data stays yours
This website uses no trackers, and you can ask us to access or delete your data at any time.
Need a hand?
Found a bug, want to give feedback, or need your data removed? Support covers it.

What we are working on and what we have released.
Our next VR game
We are building our next VR title and will announce the name, platforms, and release window here first.
Non-VR projects
Smaller games for PC and other platforms are planned. They will be listed here once they are announced.
Before you play VR
VR can cause motion sickness, dizziness, eye strain, or disorientation, and flashing images can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. Clear a safe play area, take breaks, and stop if you feel unwell. Follow the age rating and safety guidance of your headset maker.
The studio
Minor Damage Inc. is an independent game studio. Our main focus is virtual reality.
What we do
We design, build, and release VR games, and we make other games when the idea calls for it.
How we work
We test in the headset constantly. If a mechanic feels wrong after ten minutes, we change it before we polish it.
Work with us
Press, partners, and people who want to collaborate can reach us through the contact page.

Support
How can we help? Get help with our games, this website, or your personal data. We usually reply within 1 to 2 days.
Questions
How long until I get a reply?
We aim to review messages within 1 to 2 days.
How do I report a bug?
Choose Game, then Bug report in the form above. Include what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, your headset or platform, and the game version. Steps that let us repeat the problem help most.
VR makes me feel sick. What can I do?
Stop playing when you feel unwell and take a break. Start with short sessions, sit down if the game allows it, and use comfort settings such as snap turning or reduced movement if available. If symptoms keep coming back, talk to a doctor.
Which headsets and platforms do you support?
Each game's page will list its platforms once the game is announced. If you need a platform we do not list, ask us in the form.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the store you bought from, and the store's refund policy applies. We cannot refund store purchases ourselves, but we can help you with the problem that led to your request.
How do I delete my data?
Choose Privacy and data, then Delete my data in the form. Tell us which games or services the data relates to and the email address you used. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act. This website itself does not store accounts.
What data do you hold about me?
This website uses no analytics or accounts. When you submit the form, the details you enter are sent to Discord and posted in the studio's configured support channel; website hosting may also process technical logs. Games may have their own privacy notice. See the privacy policy, or use the form to ask for access to your data.
Are your games safe for children?
Check the age rating on the store page and the headset maker's guidance. Many headset makers set minimum ages for VR. Parents and guardians should supervise play.
I need accessibility options. Who do I ask?
Choose Game, then Accessibility request. Tell us what would help you play. We cannot promise every change but we want to hear it.
Can I stream or make videos of your games?
Yes. Please credit Minor Damage Inc. See the terms of use for details.
How can I join a playtest?
Choose Business and press, then Playtest sign-up, and tell us your headset. We will contact you when a test opens.
I found a security problem. How do I report it?
Choose Website, then Security issue, and describe it without publishing details. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly.

Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026. Highlighted text must be filled in by the studio.
1. Who is responsible
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Minor Damage Inc., represented by Silence, [street, postal code, city], Germany, email contact@example.com ("we", "us").
2. The short version
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or user accounts. We do not sell personal data. When you submit a contact or support form, the information you enter is sent directly to Discord through a webhook and appears in the studio's configured support channel. Our forms also save a small rate-limit counter in your browser (see section 4). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Data processed when you visit
Our hosting provider, Vercel, with servers in the United States (Washington), automatically processes technical data to deliver the site and keep it secure: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device type, and referring page. These logs are kept by the host according to its own retention periods. We have no access to them and do not analyse them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider acts as our processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
This site loads no external fonts, scripts, or media from third parties. When you submit a form, your browser makes a direct HTTPS request to Discord's API to deliver the message.
4. Contacting us
When you submit a contact or support form, the name, email address, selected topic, message, and any optional game/platform details are sent from your browser directly to Discord's webhook API and posted to the studio's configured Discord channel. The website itself does not store submitted messages on a studio-operated server. We use the submitted information to read and respond to your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or Art. 6(1)(b) where your request concerns a contract. Discord processes the information according to its own terms and privacy policy; channel access and message retention also depend on the Discord server's settings. Avoid including passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
When you first visit, we ask you to acknowledge this policy and our terms of use. To remember that, your browser's local storage keeps a version code and the date. It is not sent to us, and we ask again whenever the policy or terms change. To prevent accidental repeat submissions, the forms store recent submission timestamps in your browser's local storage. These timestamps are not sent to us and contain no message content. Browser-side rate limiting can be bypassed and is not a substitute for server-side protection. Accessing this storage is intended to support the form and prevent accidental repeat submissions (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG); you can delete it in your browser settings. For privacy requests, we may ask you to confirm your identity before acting.
5. Recipients
Website-delivery logs are processed by our hosting provider. Form submissions are sent to Discord through its webhook API and become visible in the studio's configured Discord channel. Discord acts under its own terms and privacy policy, and may process data outside the EU/EEA; its applicable international-transfer safeguards are described in Discord's privacy documentation. We do not control Discord's service-side retention, access, or processing. Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.
Minor Damage Inc. is a private, independent studio. We are not affiliated with any government or government agency. We do not hand personal data to authorities voluntarily and disclose it only where the law requires it, for example under a valid court order.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have these rights:
- Access to your data and a copy of it (Art. 15)
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Deletion (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3))
- Complaint to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77), for example in the EU member state where you live or work, or the authority responsible for us: the data protection authority of the German federal state where we are based (a list is at bfdi.bund.de)
To use these rights, email us at contact@example.com.
7. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16. Please do not send us personal data of children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn we hold such data, we delete it.
8. Games and apps
Our games may be released on third-party stores and platforms (for example headset stores). Those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies. If a game collects data itself, it will have its own privacy notice.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
